At Picco Music Academy we believe that learning an instrument should be fun! We offer instruction on a wide variety of instruments with teachers who are committed to providing an encouraging learning environment.

Music lessons at Picco Music Academy are weekly, 30 minute, one-on-one sessions. Our instruction takes into account the individual interests and goals of the student. Although teaching methods may vary depending on the teacher, wherever possible we will strive to engage the student by incorporating their personal preferences. We believe this approach helps motivate the student to spend time with their instrument and improves the overall learning experience.

DETAILS

TUITION

The cost of enrollment at Picco Music Academy is $100 per month. This is the same for every month regardless of how many weeks there are. Payment is accepted at the first lesson of the month. If a new student signs up part-way through the month then payment will be adjusted accordingly.

REGISTRATION FEE

There is a registration fee of $50 per student. This fee is waived for additional siblings or immediate family members who enroll from the same household.

CANCELLATIONS

If students are unable to attend their regular reserved lesson we request at least 24-hours notice. Students are not guaranteed a make up lesson and there are no refunds or credits.

For lessons that are cancelled by a teacher, the teacher must offer makeup options within that quarter. If no acceptable times can be agreed upon then a credit will be given. Quarters are divided as follows: Sept-Nov, Dec-Feb, March-May, June-Aug.

STARTER KITS

Our Starter Kits contain most things you'll need for lessons (except the instrument) and are available for purchase. Ask your teacher for more information.

SINGLE LESSONS

For those not interested in our monthly rate, single lessons and coaching sessions are available:

• $35 per 30 minute session

• $55 per 45 minute session

• $75 per 60 minute session
