Parent&Me POLICY

By agreeing to our policy you are letting us know that you understand how our Parent&Me group classes operate and what is expected of you.

Parent & Me Group Class:

Our Parent&Me group classes are held weekly in 45-minute sessions.

TUITION PRICING:

$99 per month (per child) - weekly 45 minute classes

Prices are subject to change.

REGISTRATION FEE:

There is a one-time registration fee of $35 per child.

PAYMENT:

Invoices are emailed on or near the date you begin classes. Payments are made electronically through the invoice. We do not accept payments in person.

LATE FEES:

Invoices that are not paid within 16 days will be subject to a late fee of 20%. If an invoice is unpaid for 30 days, classes will be placed on hold until the amount is paid in full.

DISCONTINUING CLASSES:

We understand that schedules, interests, and financial situations can change. For that reason we don’t charge a cancellation fee, and there is no long-term commitment beyond our month-to-month agreement. We do ask that if you choose to discontinue classes, please let us know in advance by the 15th of the month. No refunds are given for the current month but we will stop invoices for the following month.

Parent/guardian RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Parent/Guardian Involvement - Parents/Guardians must be in attendance with their child and actively participating. No more than 2 children per adult.

  • Attendance - If a child is not available for their weekly class for any reason it is not the responsibility of the teacher to make up the missed class, or the responsibility of Picco Music Academy to refund for the missed class. In addition to this, families are asked to contact the teacher 24 hours in advance if they are not able to attend. For classes that are cancelled by a teacher, the teacher must offer a makeup class. If no acceptable times can be agreed upon then a refund will be given for the cancelled class.

  • Materials - Materials for Parent&Me group classes are provided by Picco Music Academy, unless otherwise specified.

  • Food and Drink - Food, snacks, and drinks must be placed out of the child’s reach during class.

  • Shoes Off - Upon arrival, shoes must be placed on the available shoe racks.

  • Policy Agreement - Parents of children attending Parent&Me group class must agree to the Parent&Me Policy. This contract ensures that parents understand the business arrangement.
